“We just wrapped up a successful VMX conference and wanted to reach out with feedback on Alvin and his team who provided the Pac-man experience at our booth. Alvin provided excellent customer service! He communicated with us throughout the day to ensure everything was set up to our liking during set up. Him and his team went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Our tech support, Wilne, became part of our team on the day of the conference which helped us tremendously since we had 2000 people visit our booth that day. He was always on hand to help with the game players and even took some video for us that we were able to share with our NVA teams showing what a hit the Pac-man game was at our booth. The team was on time to pick up the equipment at the end of the day and everyone was really great to work with. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience!”
