We are nationwide. All products come locally to your event.

We service the continental United States and parts of Canada.

Yes, we have a multi-million-dollar insurance policy. You may be added as additionally insured for your event at no additional cost.

Yes, we have a dedicated logistics team that works with you step-by-step after booking.

All requirements are listed on our product pages, quotes, proposals and contracts. Our logistics team also goes over all requirements in detail once the event is booked.

Most of our items include staffing. However, for some products, we offer day rentals (drop off/pick up) when staffing is not required.

Fully trained staff are included in in the price of your rental. You are welcome to have your own brand ambassadors run the experiences, but our team will remain on standby to guarantee the event’s success and assist with anything unexpected.

A standard outlet would be a 120V / 20A dedicated circuit.  Please confirm there are no other items on the circuit as sharing the line with other items / vendors could potentially overload the circuit.

Lock in the Game Plan

We have a $2,500.00 minimum.

We do not have a minimum or maximum lead time requirement. However, all our products and services are subject to availability.

Once you decide to place a product/service on hold for your event, we recommend securing it with a deposit as soon as possible. Nothing is reserved until the deposit is received.

We typically require a 50% deposit to secure an item. 

We require all artwork to be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the booked event start date. If materials are received after that point, the client risks not fulfilling the customization request or incurring a rush fee.

Pricing includes a variety of factors including event location, hours, staffing, load-in requirements etc.

There will be no additional fees. All staffing comes locally to your event and is included in the rental price. 

Full payment must be made one week prior to your event start date.

We accept checks, credit cards and wires.
