Best Buy’s annual Holiday Leadership Meeting (HLM) is not your average corporate gathering. This year located in Houston, TX, the event brings together the “blue-shirt” leaders from across the nation to engage in educational sessions, partake in award ceremonies, and celebrate the company’s top performers. A highlight of HLM is its vendor show, where Best Buy employees get a hands-on introduction to the brands featured in their stores.
For the second year running, we’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with Sparks to ensure that Verizon’s booth is not just a point of interest but a hub of engagement. Last year at HLM22 in Phoenix, we collaborated to bring attendees a highly interactive sports simulator and mini-golf stations, setting a high bar for interactivity.
Upping the Game in Houston
This year, we aimed to not just meet but exceed that standard. Again, in collaboration with Sparks, we integrated our cutting-edge MultiBall LED system into Verizon’s booth. The concept was simple yet riveting: attendees had 45 seconds to throw footballs at digital football players donned in Verizon jerseys on a massive LED screen. Each successful throw was not just a point on the board but a connection made with the Verizon brand.
Building Memories, One Throw at a Time
The goal of any brand at a major event like HLM is not just to be seen, but to be remembered. Through our continued collaboration with Sparks, we’ve managed to achieve just that. Verizon’s booth became a high-energy zone where each throw and each point scored translated into lasting brand engagement.
