I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your entire team. I worked with a different company earlier this year and had such a horrible experience I was really worried going into this past event. Your team exceeded my expectations on every level. You and Heather helped get us set up and followed through so I didn’t miss the communication in SPAM. Alvin and his team showed up early and did a great job. The two gentlemen that were helping Alvin were very pleasant with our guests and worked really well to accommodate kids and adults. The DJ and his wife STOLE the show. When they got here, they both took initiative to set up around the band playing before them. I walked through the announcements and games we were going to play (musical chairs).
