Live Beam Feature Internet Requirements:
A solid, reliable, and quality internet connection is required when PROTO is used with the Live Beam feature. (live feed of on-screen talent in a separate location) These internet requirements are needed at both the sending and receiving end of the live-feed transmission. Internet is NOT required if you are only utilizing PROTO to playback pre-recorded content.
Bandwidth: Minimum 25 Mbps up/down speed
Port Traffic: PROTO uses several ports to access different services. Specific ports are required for data transmission. (complete list to be provided upon securing PROTO)
Wi-Fi or Hardwired: Proto can be run on either Wi-Fi or hardwired connection if the above bandwidth and port requirements are met. If both options are available, a hardwired connection is always preferred for the added reliability.
