With a theme of “Leading Today, Transforming Tomorrow,” the event saw over 350 PepsiCo employees converge to delve deep into leadership development, the essence of being a Talent Catalyst, the importance of Human Centricity, and much more.

Favorite Memory from Your Time at PepsiCo?
“On set last year for Super Boal when we shot Steve Martin and Ben Stiller for Pepsi Zero Sugar commercial,” recalls another employee. “Watching the two of them go back and forth with each other was a pretty amazing moment. it was definitely a career high and a personal high as well.”
