Automated Cotton Candy Art Machine | Experience by Interactive Entertainment Group

At Adobe Summit at The Venetian in Las Vegas, CHEQ served up booth engagement with a little sugar, a little strategy, and one very hardworking cotton candy robot.

We helped elevate CHEQ’s presence with a fully wrapped automated cotton candy art machine designed to pull attendees in, keep them engaged, and give them a branded moment they could watch come to life.

A Sweet Spin on Booth Engagement

This was not a standard cotton candy machine sitting off to the side. The automated cotton candy art machine creates edible cotton candy art right in front of attendees, using a robotic process that spins each piece into different shapes and designs. Guests can choose the color and shape, then watch as the machine turns their selection into a custom creation.

The Branding Was Built Into the Moment

CHEQ’s machine was fully wrapped with a custom design that carried the headline “Cotton Candy Dreams, Spun by CHEQ.” The graphic featured CHEQ’s robot logo surrounded by cotton candy clouds and lollipops, creating a booth visual that felt fun, polished, and completely tied to their brand.

The rest of the booth messaging kept the theme going with lines like “Sweeten Every Adobe Experience” and “Know the Players. Control the Game.” That second message connected back to CHEQ’s focus on understanding the different players interacting with a brand, including AI agents, AI crawlers, humans, and bots.

Why It Worked

At a major event like Adobe Summit, attendees are moving through a sea of polished booths, product messaging, demos, and conversations. CHEQ needed a way to stand out without feeling disconnected from the larger story they were telling.

The cotton candy art machine created a highly visible reason to stop, added movement and curiosity to the booth, gave attendees a personalized takeaway, and reinforced CHEQ’s theme through the wrap and messaging. It felt memorable without feeling random, which is exactly where booth engagement should live.

The Takeaway

CHEQ’s presence at Adobe Summit showed how a thoughtful interactive experience can turn booth traffic into real brand engagement. Cotton candy may have been the treat, but the real win was giving people a reason to stop, stay, and connect with the brand.

CHEQ helps brands protect their digital customer journeys by identifying and managing the different types of traffic interacting with their business, from real humans to bots, AI agents, crawlers, and other automated activity. Their work focuses on giving companies more visibility and control across the digital experiences that drive engagement, performance, and revenue.

Adobe Summit is a major digital experience conference hosted by Adobe, bringing together marketers, brands, technology leaders, and customer experience professionals to explore the future of personalization, content, data, AI, and customer engagement. The event took place at The Venetian in Las Vegas, creating a high-energy setting for brands like CHEQ to showcase bold ideas and meaningful booth experiences.
