We’re back on the Inc. 5000, and this one feels especially meaningful. Our 2026 recognition marks our sixth appearance on the list of America’s fastest-growing private companies, following 49.37% growth over the past three years. One strong year is worth celebrating, but six appearances tell a bigger story about how we’ve grown, what we’ve learned, and the kind of company we’ve worked to become along the way.

For us, that growth has never been about adding more for the sake of adding more. It has come from listening closely to our clients, paying attention to where the process can be better, and continuing to evolve the experiences we bring to events. We’ve learned that a great idea only goes so far if it creates more work for the people trying to execute it. The creative and operational sides have to work together.

Growth Happens Long Before Anyone Walks Into the Event

Some of the most important improvements we’ve made over the years are probably the ones an attendee will never notice. We’ve fine-tuned our processes, expanded our nationwide capabilities, and looked for ways to make every stage of a project easier for the client managing it. That can mean clearer communication, faster answers, smarter logistics, more realistic timelines, or simply anticipating something before it becomes another item on someone’s to-do list.

That work matters just as much as what ultimately appears onsite. Whether we’re supporting a corporate event or a large-scale trade show or conference, our job is to make the experience feel considered from both sides. Attendees should see something they want to interact with. Our clients should see a partner who knows how to get it there without making the process harder than it needs to be.

Staying Curious Has Kept the Work Moving

The expectations around live experiences have changed considerably, and that is a good thing. Attendees have seen more, brands have more ways to reach them, and simply putting something eye-catching in a space is not enough. We have to think about what that interaction is actually doing for the event.

That has pushed us to keep experimenting with new formats, technology, customization, and ways to build participation into a larger brand story. Sometimes the goal is to increase dwell time or capture data. Other times it is to make a campaign message tangible, give a sponsorship more presence, or create the moment people are still talking about after they leave. Across our experiential events, the execution may look completely different from one project to the next, but the thinking starts in the same place: what would make someone genuinely want to participate, and what does that participation accomplish for the client?

Making Brands Feel More Human

That question matters even more as so much of brand communication becomes digital. Live events offer something different because people can physically enter the story. They can touch something, compete, react, make a choice, bring someone else over, and have an experience that unfolds in real time.

That physical participation can make a brand feel much more human than another message on a screen. It creates room for curiosity and conversation while giving people a reason to spend more time with the brand. When the experience is built around a clear objective, those interactions can also support the things our clients are ultimately accountable for, from engagement and lead generation to brand recall and event ROI.

That is the layer we want to bring to an event. We are there to help turn a message into something people can actually do, while making the process of getting there feel easier for the team behind it.

A Note from Our Founder

“Making the Inc. 5000 for the sixth time tells us we didn’t get here by accident. Our growth has come from listening closely to our clients, fine-tuning how we work, and continually finding ways to make their jobs easier. We also keep pushing ourselves creatively. When people can touch, play with, and participate in a brand’s story, it sparks curiosity, makes the brand feel more human, and creates an impact that can reach far beyond the event itself.”

Six Times In, We’re Still Looking Ahead

We’re proud of the recognition, but we’re probably more interested in what it represents. Six appearances mean we’ve had to keep changing, improving, and paying attention. There are always better ways to work, new ideas worth testing, and different ways to help our clients get more from the moments they are creating.

So yes, we’re taking a minute to enjoy this one. Then it’s back to figuring out what we can make better next.
