At Customer Contact Week in Las Vegas, Mosaicx did more than unveil the next era of their Engage platform—they brought CX trends to life through a custom-built competition powered by our Roll A Ball Racing experience.

Roll the Future

In the middle of Caesars Forum, Mosaicx invited attendees to “Roll the Future: Which CX Trend Will Take the Lead?” The fully wrapped racetrack was rebranded from hoofbeats to high tech, with each racer representing a major customer experience trend:

  • Omnichannel Orchestration

As players rolled to victory, the crowd cheered on their preferred future of CX. Winners were rewarded with a plush teddy bear sporting a Mosaicx tee—proving even in a world of bots and platforms, soft touches still go a long way.

The surrounding booth brought the message home. Staff wore shirts that read “The Next Generation of CX is Here,” complete with scannable QR codes on their backs for on-the-spot product demos.
