At PRINTING United Expo 2026, Sharp arrived in Las Vegas with its most comprehensive production print portfolio to date. Across its presence at the Las Vegas Convention Center, the brand highlighted technology built around speed, efficiency, workflow and expanded production capabilities.
From new digital production press models to specialty toner applications and workflow automation, Sharp’s booth centered on one clear idea: performance you can see, measure and put to work.
Putting Performance in Play
Working with Jack Morton for Sharp, we brought Speed Pitch into the booth as an interactive extension of that performance story.
Attendees stepped up, threw a pitch and saw their speed instantly registered by radar. A custom leaderboard tracked the top scores, turning every throw into something measurable and giving guests a benchmark to beat.
The connection was simple. Sharp was already talking about speed and performance through its production technology. Speed Pitch gave attendees a chance to experience those same ideas in a completely different way.
From Press Speed to Pitch Speed
Every pitch produced an immediate number. Every number created a benchmark. And every new high score had the potential to change the leaderboard.
That made the experience easy to understand from the floor while adding a competitive layer that kept people watching, participating and checking the rankings.
Speed was no longer only part of the product conversation. It became part of the attendee experience.
Performance, Made Visible
The custom leaderboard helped carry the experience throughout the event.
Guests could see the scores before stepping up, size up the competition and take their shot at moving into the Top 10. For spectators, the rankings created something to follow even when they were not the ones pitching.
That kind of visibility matters on a trade show floor. A clear goal gives people a reason to participate, while a measurable result gives the interaction momentum beyond a single turn.
An Interaction That Fit the Story
Sharp used PRINTING United to showcase a broader production print portfolio, including new digital press technology, workflow automation and specialty print capabilities designed to help print providers expand what they can do.
Speed Pitch took one part of that larger story and translated it into a simple human challenge: throw, measure, compare and try to move up. The result was an experience that felt connected to the booth around it because the interaction picked up on an idea Sharp was already communicating.
For Sharp at PRINTING United, the story was performance. We just put another speed on the board.
