For Southwest Airlines Title Night with the Colorado Rockies, The Infinite Agency set out to turn a major Denver milestone into a brand experience fans could step into. We helped bring that vision to life at McGregor Square, the Rockies’ official pregame destination in downtown Denver. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Bringing the Message Into Play
At the center of the activation was our Speed Pitch, inviting fans to step up, throw their fastest pitch and see their speed appear on the radar. The quick, competitive format gave guests an easy way to engage with the brand while keeping the experience closely tied to the energy of baseball.
A fully customized backdrop carried the message “Sending Denver flying for 20 years” alongside the Southwest logo, while the top banner prompted guests to “Let It Fly.” Together, the messaging connected each pitch to Southwest’s 20th anniversary in Colorado without losing the clean visual impact needed in a busy pregame environment.
Celebrating 20 Years of Growth
Southwest began serving Denver in January 2006 with 13 daily departures to Chicago Midway, Las Vegas and Phoenix. Twenty years later, the airline is scheduled to operate an average of 243 daily departures from Denver to 96 destinations, giving the anniversary message real weight beyond the activation itself.
The custom build gave that story a physical hook. Rather than asking fans to simply read about the milestone, the activation placed them inside it, creating a natural moment for competition, photos and branded interaction.
Built for the Crowd
Located in the heart of McGregor Square’s outdoor plaza, the experience met Rockies fans where the game-day energy was already building. The result was a concise, brand-forward activation that celebrated Southwest’s Denver history while giving attendees a reason to stop, participate and let one fly.
The Infinite Agency is an integrated creative and media agency that helps brands earn attention through strategy, design, content and experiential marketing. Its work connects brand campaigns to relevant cultural moments, creating experiences built to make a lasting impression.
Southwest Airlines marked 20 years of service at Denver International Airport in 2026. Since launching operations at DEN in January 2006, the airline has carried more than 290 million passengers on nearly 2.4 million flights through the Mile High City. The anniversary provided a natural backdrop for a baseball-centered celebration of Southwest’s longstanding connection to Denver.
