The industry is moving fast, and so are we. As experiential continues its climb and our capabilities scale nationwide, stepping into a larger New York headquarters became the natural next step. It’s built for efficiency, collaboration, and the volume of work ahead.
To officially open the doors, our team gathered for a ribbon-cutting ceremony—a small but meaningful moment to acknowledge how far we’ve come and the people who power this growth every day.
We also sat down with our Vice President, Patricia Dukofsky to unpack why this move mattered and how the new space sets the stage for what comes next.
Why Now?
For Patti, the timing wasn’t up for debate.
“There’s a need,” she says. “Experiential events have skyrocketed. It’s grown tremendously, and so have we.”
National demand has surged for engagement-driven moments—brand activations, corporate experiences, conferences, sports partnerships—and with that surge comes the expectation of speed, scale, and reliability. A larger home base wasn’t just a benefit. It became foundational to how we continue delivering turnkey experiences across the country.
What Sets This Space Apart
The upgrades aren’t simply cosmetic. The new headquarters is built to work harder.
- A Stronger Technology Backbone: The office now runs on enhanced servers, a modernized firewall, and updated cybersecurity systems that support smoother internal workflows and stronger reliability. Faster data collection and improved digital infrastructure keep every department moving in sync.
- A Warehouse Designed for Efficiency: More square footage means better organization. Optimized aisles, expanded storage, and upgraded loading docks allow equipment to move in and out quickly and cleanly. For our production and logistics teams, it’s a game-changer.
- A Layout That Supports Collaboration: Departments now operate in dedicated zones—sales in one area, logistics and production in another—giving each team breathing room while making cross-team coordination easier. It’s structure without silos and flow without chaos.
