The future of work can be difficult to capture in a room. At a recent event in Seattle, the goal was to make an emerging idea feel immediate, interactive and ready to explore.

The event promoted Microsoft Frontier, an early-access space where users can explore new Microsoft 365 AI innovations and Copilot-powered experiences before they become broadly available. To carry that spirit of experimentation into the physical event, we delivered a lineup featuring Mirror Box, Soccer Circle, and VR Slide.

Reflecting the Frontier From Every Angle

Mirror Box | Experience by Interactive Entertainment Group

Our Mirror Box created a strong visual anchor within the space. Custom Microsoft Frontier graphics appeared across the immersive mirrored environment, surrounding attendees with the campaign’s identity as soon as they stepped inside.

The reflective walls, floor and ceiling amplified the custom visuals throughout the experience. Instead of placing the brand around the activation, the graphics became part of every angle, giving guests a setting built for exploration and content capture.

Our Glambot brought cinematic movement into the box. The robotic camera arm swept around each guest to create a polished slow-motion clip, turning a quick pose into social-ready branded content.

The experience gave attendees something personal to take away while extending Microsoft Frontier beyond the event itself. Each shareable video carried the visual identity of the campaign, helping the brand remain part of the moment from capture to replay.

World Cup Energy Meets Microsoft Frontier

Soccer Circle | Experience by Interactive Entertainment Group

Our Soccer Circle shifted the energy from content creation to live competition. The activation featured a full custom wrap, illuminated targets and a leaderboard that kept scores visible throughout the event.

Players stepped into the center and kicked toward targets as they activated around the circular structure. Speed and accuracy translated into points, making the challenge easy to understand and much harder to master.

With the World Cup bringing soccer to the center of the conversation, Soccer Circle gave the event a timely competitive edge. The custom wrap transformed the structure into a Microsoft Frontier brand moment, while the leaderboard encouraged repeat attempts, friendly rivalries and plenty of score checking.

Sliding Into a New Perspective

VR Slide | Experience by Interactive Entertainment Group

Our VR Slide completed the lineup with an immersive ride that synchronized physical movement with the action unfolding inside the headset.

As attendees moved through virtual environments, the simulator responded along with the experience. The motion created a stronger sense of presence, allowing guests to feel the turns, drops and changes rather than simply watch them.

That sense of stepping into unfamiliar territory aligned naturally with the Frontier message. The technology was not sitting behind a screen waiting to be explained. Attendees could put on the headset and experience a new perspective for themselves.

Making the Future Feel More Immediate

Each activation gave attendees a different way to engage with the event. Mirror Box surrounded them with the brand. Glambot placed them at the center of cinematic content. Soccer Circle introduced competition and measurable performance. VR Slide opened the door to immersive exploration.

Together, the experiences gave Microsoft Frontier a physical presence in Seattle. Guests could step inside the graphics, create content, compete for a spot on the leaderboard and enter an entirely different environment through virtual reality.

When an event is introducing what comes next, participation matters. Custom graphics, responsive technology and active play helped turn Microsoft Frontier from an emerging concept into something attendees could see, share and experience firsthand.
