Year-end moves fast in experiential, but our Holiday Huddle gives us the space to slow down with intention. It’s the moment our nationwide team comes together to reconnect, reflect, and ground the year in gratitude. And with the timing lining up perfectly this year, the tradition doubled as the ideal backdrop to celebrate another major milestone—our upgraded New York home base and its official ribbon cutting.
A Day That Reflected Who We Are
The celebration opened with a friendly pickleball tournament at TopSpin Pickleball before we gathered for the official ribbon cutting on our expanded NY home. From there, we enjoyed a catered lunch, broke open a custom piñata to “smash our 2026 goals,” and wrapped the afternoon with custom treats from The Dot Cakes didn’t last long.
Recognizing the Crew Behind the Scenes
Our production crew is the engine behind every event—on the road, behind the scenes, and on the ground ensuring our experiences feel seamless. This year, we surprised them with personalized jackets as a small thank-you for the precision, stamina, and dedication they bring to every activation. Now they can rep IEG in style wherever the job takes them.
Why This Tradition Matters
The Holiday Huddle isn’t just a celebration. It’s the annual touchpoint that sets the tone for how we close the year—and how we step into the next. It’s a moment to honor the people powering our growth, recognize the momentum we’ve built, and align around the opportunities ahead.
As we enter the final stretch of the year, we’re energized, connected, and ready for everything 2026 has waiting.
