Big ideas land better when people can see themselves in them.
At Cornerstone Connect Tour 2026, the conversation centered on the intelligence era of talent and how AI, learning, and workforce strategy are reshaping the way people work. For Jack Morton, the opportunity was clear: make that theme feel personal, not theoretical.
Making Human AI Feel Human
To bring the message into the room, our team at Interactive Entertainment Group provided a custom LED Signing Wall featuring the Cornerstone logo and the prompt:
What does Human AI mean to you?
Attendees filled out translucent strips with their answers, then placed them directly onto the wall. As more people participated, the display grew into a collective image made from individual thoughts, handwritten responses, and shared perspective.
A Wall Built From Real Answers
The strength of the activation was its simplicity. No long explanation. No complicated flow. Just a clear question and a meaningful way to respond.
One answer captured the idea especially well:
“There is empathy and understanding in all the work you do even when it feels like you do the work of 10 people.”
That response gave the theme weight. Human AI was not framed as a cold efficiency tool. It became about support, empathy, and helping people carry the load of modern work.
Why It Worked
The LED Signing Wall gave Jack Morton and Cornerstone a branded focal point that grew more valuable as the event unfolded. It invited participation, created a visual record of attendee sentiment, and turned a conference theme into something people could physically contribute to.
By the end, the wall was more than a display. It was a shared snapshot of how attendees understood the future of work, in their own words.
