Instead, team members were invited to jump into an immersive arcade experience, with each location setting the stage for the “Next Level Cybersecurity” event. Through gameplay, employees learned essential cybersecurity skills while having a blast.
Cybersecurity Meets Arcade: The Giant Game Experience
Enter our Giant iPhone, a larger-than-life touch screen that brought CommonSpirit’s “Cyber Diver Arcade Challenge” to life. Picture team members gathered around, navigating a vibrant underwater world filled with digital threats. With simple swipes or arrow taps, they dodged vines, avoided virtual sea creatures, and collected “PhishAlarm” icons, representing the real-world tools used to combat phishing attacks. Instead of yet another training module, CommonSpirit staff got to play their way to cybersecurity prowess.

What’s an arcade challenge without prizes? CommonSpirit didn’t disappoint. Every player who took on the Cyber Diver Arcade Challenge was entered into a drawing for one of two enticing gift baskets that took the theme to the next level:
