When the theme is Together, connection takes center stage. At Microsoft’s internal “Together” event, collaboration wasn’t just talked about—it was gamified, branded, and brought to life through interactive experiences that turned teammates into players.
Enter: Zap-a-Mole, reimagined for the moment as Zap-a-Goal. Fully skinned in Microsoft blue and tailored with the rallying cry “Together We Zap-a-Goal”, this hands-on challenge ditched the moles and leveled up with a competitive, goal-hitting twist. Quick reflexes met team spirit in an activation that was equal parts game and metaphor.
Alongside Zap-a-Goal, our Real Sports Arena delivered a multisport experience that brought the energy of a championship game to the heart of the event. A custom banner showcased the Microsoft logo, but the branding didn’t stop at the sidelines.
We took it a step further—embedding Microsoft and Copilot branding directly into the in-game stadiums, exactly where sponsor logos would traditionally appear. Whether attendees were shooting hockey pucks or hitting three-pointers, they were doing it inside digital arenas that looked and felt unmistakably Microsoft.
Why It Worked
This wasn’t just team building. It was brand storytelling through interactivity. By blending real-time play with immersive, customized visuals, the experiences tapped into both camaraderie and competition—two things that define a strong internal culture.
