This week at EXHIBITORLIVE 2025 in San Antonio, the Henry B. González Convention Center hosted one of the most influential gatherings in the trade show world. Designed for exhibit managers, marketing pros, and experience architects, this show is where innovation gets its test run—and where gimmicks get left behind.
So, when we stepped onto the floor with our 20×20 booth (#727), we knew the audience: decision-makers looking for smarter ways to stand out. Our goal wasn’t just to grab attention—it was to demonstrate how interactive experiences can drive connection, data, and ROI, all in one go.
A Match Game Made for Marketers
Front and center was our Multiball LED—reimagined as a fully customized experiential match game. Attendees hurled playground balls at the glowing wall in a mission to match our top activations.
Each round got harder, mirroring what event pros already know—getting noticed on the show floor isn’t easy. The matches? Our most buzzed-about products, including the Giant Human Claw Machine and the Proto Hologram.
It wasn’t just fun. It was strategic. Attendees walked away with a deeper understanding of our capabilities—and a clearer vision of how their own booth could be more than just a backdrop.
Swag Meets Strategy
Just across the booth, our Experiential Vending Machine proved that giveaways can be more than freebies—they can be data goldmines.
The process:
- Scan a QR code
- Fill out a branded form
- Get a unique code
- Claim a prize
Simple. Effective. And yes, fun. Prizes included mystery t-shirts that said Experiential Architect or Chaos Coordinator, Dunkin’ gift cards, and mood stress balls that shifted from purple to pink depending on body heat—because let’s be honest, trade shows are a cardio event.
While attendees got rewards, brands got insights. The result? A win for both sides of the badge.

To round it out, we added a social layer. Our sweepstakes for AirPods Max required attendees to:
