For the Desayuno All-Star Challenge—a McDonald’s–sponsored fan experience in collaboration with Loud and Live—the mission was clear: wake up soccer fans with more than just eggs and excitement. So how do you make breakfast an experience? You gamify it.

A Crane That Kicked It Up a Notch

To bring their vision to life, Loud and Live tapped us to deliver one of our most crave-worthy crowd magnets: the Prize Crane. Fully wrapped in red and emblazoned with the McDonald’s and Desayuno All-Star Challenge logos, the crane didn’t just look the part—it spoke the part. Literally. One side boldly asked, “¿Desayunaste?” (“Did you have breakfast?”).

Inside the pit? Dozens of squishy soccer ball stress balls, each a nod to the sport and the sweet satisfaction of scoring a win—no matter how early in the day.

Breakfast, But Make It an Experience

McDonald’s and LALIGA joined forces to make the Desayuno All-Star Challenge more than just a game. Fans were treated to FREE breakfast, interactive fan activations, and an exclusive meet & greet with LALIGA legend Guti. But beyond the soccer and celebrity, it was the unexpected touches—like our branded Prize Crane—that helped transform Shoreline Park into a pitch-perfect fusion of food, fandom, and fun.
